      I am home schooled and troubled in the area of stress and because of that i think i may have developed a mental version of RSI which is a mechanism that the mind triggers to try to take away some of the stress and replace it with pain in a way so its painful for me to use my right hand on a computer without it hurting and that's one of the things i wish to try to fix in my lucid dream since it is a sort of mental condition. I also would love to be able to see my friends again that I haven't seen in a long while due to moving and also to practice talking and telling my friends stuff like how i feel about them and just to have fun and do things that is impossible in real life. I've tried WILD before and fell asleep and i also have tried DILD where i tried to wake up four hours after i went to sleep and that's when i tried WILD and fell asleep because im a very impatient person more or less and i think i might have messed up my DILD.

      Welcome to DILD class!

      You know, people you will meet in a lucid dream will most likely be just a representation of your friends. They will not really be them. I live tousands of miles from my parents and all family. Last time in my LD, I was in their backyard and I watched them work in the yard. Whether it was them for real, or not, It gave me comfort seeing them.

      But there is so much fun to be had in a LD, you will not be bored.

      As to your stress relief. You wanna talk about it? Why you so stressed? Can it be helped in waking life?

      Ok, so for a DILD:

      - awareness question
      - reality checks
      - mantras

      You will practice these during day, whenever you remember so. If you don't remember at all, set up some reminders, like watch beep on the hour, sticky-notes...

      Practice maybe once or twice an hour. But what's more important than how many times is the emotions you put into them.

      Ok last night i didnt see that you posted this but i knew a little about DILD and i did it i had my first lucid dream! Check my DJ to read about it!

      Oh my stress its more of school since im homeschooled i use a computer program and its hard for me because my mom refuses to believe that i have RSI in my right hand. and the computer programs shit and already managed to erase the data and work 4 times.


      Oh yah i forgot i used the WBTB method to do my first lucid dream and then i lost lucidity almost completey then caught it by me bounce on plastic teraces

      AAAAHHH Good night doing my mantras and such and going to hit the hay. d SWEET DREAMS p.s. the night mode switch helps alot x

      K i tried again last night useing the WBTB method it didnt work i was disapointed but im so excited that tonight i might have a full lucidity dream.
