Yes, I do use my 'mantras' ( I don't like to call it mantras, it sounds like some esoteric shit, let's say it is GOAL REMINED. I have two goal reminders: 1. I'm a lucid dreamer and I will have many lucid dreams tonight. 2. I will wake up after every rem period and I will write my recalled dreams. No other thoughts are allowed come to my mind. The problem is I donīt focus on this goals reminding proces for a sufficient period of time. I need to focus on it at least 10 minutes each I think. Tonight I will try it.
