Soccercaleb36's workbook
I've been working up to lucid dreaming since around May 15th with little to no success. While others seem to quit when they can't get a lucid dream, I keep on pushing and know that one day it will come to me. Other than that, my recall is about one dream per night on average. My average sleep schedule is 9:30 to 5:30 on weekdays and different on the weekend. I know a lot about lucid dreaming, and dreaming in general, I just can never find a good method.
The only lucid dream that I've ever had was about 3-4 months ago, when I tried to make out with this girl and quickly woke up. I got too excited.
I've been trying to do more reality checks and have been writing in a dream journal since early September, 2013. I would love some help!

Hello! Nice attitude there. You will have more lucid dreams. :dreaming:
For picking out a technique, well, that's all up to you. Personally, I'm trying out MILD because I can't keep up with staying aware all day. (If you're interested in MILD, here's a link to a really good tutorial: http://www.dreamviews.com/attaining-...technique.html)
I also see this is your first post. Welcome to DV!

Thanks for the input. I think I will start using that technique and see how it works

Welcome soccercaleb36! What methods or practices have you enjoyed the most? Which ones don't agree with you? Have you tried Wake Back To Bed or SSILD? The podcasts are fun, informative and motivational!
