      lolArtish's Workbook

Hi I am lolArtish,I am 15 years old and I never had a lucid dream. But i have heard about this concept since the last year(but never trained, until now).I choosed DILD as a method.I have a good dream recall but I still have a dream journal.I do RCs randomly throughout the day and when i see my dream signs, and latley I draw on my palm an A and I do an RC whenever I see it.
      RCs I do:-nose pinch(when I see the A and randomly
-finger through palm(when i see my dream signs)
      -look at hands RC
Before I fall asleep I say some mantras like "Next time I'm dreaming, I look at my hands and realize I'm dreaming." or "Next time I am dreaming I am aware that I am dreaming". When I randomly wake up at night I try the FILD method.I usually dont do any method that requires me to wake up at night because I am falling asleep hard and theres a chance taht I am not going to sleep.I have vivid dreams and I remember them very good and in high details.
My question is am I doing everything good and what should I try for better results (I had two FAs but didnt went lucid)?

You have a nice base of practices started already. How long have you been doing these practices? If not long, you may not want to add too much too fast unless you feel the need to. There are things that you can do to catch FAs, but it takes a good deal of practice and may be something to add to your practices later. Did you have anything that you were unsure about or anything you really want to work on in addition to the above?

Thank you for answering. I have been doing these for like 9 or 10 days. Also I am no longer doing the looking at hands RC.I only do the nose pinch one at random intervals and when I see the A and the one for the dream signs. Now my question is if I am doing the RC correctly.I do them like this I ask myself "Am I dreaming?" like 2 or 3 times while looking at the A or at the dream sign. Then I say "If this is a dream then I should be able to breath throgh my nose ( for the nose pinch one)" while saying these I look around for changes, then I pinch my nose and then I say"I cant breath through my nose so this is not a dream.'
So Am I doing them good?
Also I saw the collection for DILD.

I think that it is more productive to believe that the RC could show that it is a dream. Try not to answer the question with "I'm not dreaming" or that could be the answer that you get in the dream and not become lucid. I like to imagine it showing that it is a dream and visualizing what I will do next (goals, plans or just fun times). The dreams about lucid dreaming are a good sign that you could be close!
