Hello, I am a highschooler who has had experience with lucid dreaming before. I have had about two years of experience in lucid dreaming. I practice on-and-off again, but haven't sustained a journal for longer than a month. I can typically get between 7-8 hours of sleep on a weekday, but on the weekend I usually get 10 hours. I can push to 12 hours if I really want to, but I don't like to because of the effects of getting up on the next monday. I have been a visitor to dreamviews for a while and am familiar with all of the DILD terminology and I have read a lot of material on lucid dreaming, including Stephan LaBerge's work. I can recall 2-3 dreams on an average night, and can wake up in the night without an alarm if I want to. I am joing this class for support and motivation, as well as guidance on achieving lucidity. I feel that right now I have good dream awareness, sometimes recognizing something is amiss, but not becoming lucid as much as I should.
