I got my choline in yesterday and tried it for the first time last night. I had pretty horrible nightmares both before and after the choline, but the post-choline one was incredibly intense and not fun at all. It was very Resident Evil-like - I was in a warehouse with a bunch of zombies, and I finally managed to find a hiding space in an office somewhere. Meanwhile, the zombies were covered in this purple goo, which caused them to go berserk for a few seconds before exploding, getting more purple goo on other zombies. I was in fear of being infected by the zombies and getting blown up by the goo, but after they all exploded themselves I was in fear that I wouldn't escape before the police got there and arrested me for some reason.

Yeah, basically it was not a fun night.

Not much to report - had a rough night of sleep and didn't remember any dreams, mainly from hitting snooze 6 times (I hate Mondays...). Gonna try a WBTB with some choline tonight.

Choline gave me some weird non-lucid dreams, including an alternate ending to Titanic involving Nazis on ATVs. But I'm kinda surprised I had any dreams really, as I was having some hecka bad depression and went to bed feeling like garbage.

Hang in there spellbee. I'm sorry to hear about the waking life challenges.

^That's an interesting dream which sounds like a very dream-like, incongruous transition.

Been quite a while since I updated this last. I had 2 nights with lucids in the past week. One had a decently long lucid followed by an FA that I managed to catch, and the other had my alarm go off as soon as I plugged my nose to RC.

Though I haven't been super dedicated since the last time I posted (due to waking life crap and stuff), I'm finally starting to see some positive results with MILD now. I have been trying to take time throughout the day for "visualization breaks", where I close my eyes and visualize myself becoming lucid in my current position, and walking through the process of RCing, stabilizing, and remembering/doing my goals. Even if it's not showing immediate results (for like remembering stabilization/my goals), I'm still pretty positive that it'll help in the long run, and at the very least it's nice to stop and take a breather throughout the day.

Excellent! Congratulations on the 2 LD's!

I think this is a great practice and do believe it produces results. I believe this same type of practice has a lot to do with the effectiveness of my boldness dream sign and I have seen it improve memory of what I may prefer to do once I become lucid.

Thought I might as well try to pick this back up again.

I've improved a bit since my last post, not so much in actually getting lucid but in waking life awareness and motivation. I've been following Sensei's visualization guide, taking about 5-10 minutes before bed to practice stable visualization and the like. Even though I've only done it for a few days, I've seen significant improvement in my recall, and even got a semi-lucid last night. So I'm sure it's just a matter of time before I get some positive lucid results.

It's good to see you around! I'll have to check out his guide. It's definitely a good idea to put some time into things like that before bed. I also think I saw in my profile feed that you have a new podcast! I look forward to checking it out, probably next week as this week is jam packed for me.
