In my dreams breakfast Is at 11:30 P.M. The food? Control.

I can easily know I'm dreaming. I always have in my mind [This is a dream]. I remember 1-2 dreams per day. Now what I am reaching for is control. In my dreams I can control myself, but I want to be able to mold my surroundings. I feel almost helpless when things just get a little too out of control. That is why I am seeking more of it. It will help me keep my dreaming experiences in check. I would just like some of my concious to rub off onto my dreams. Any suggestions?

Can anyone help me?

Be confident and persistant about what you want to change in your dream perhaps? Have you tried verbal commands?
