      Falling Down After Attaining Lucidity

      I took a nap this morning and found myself facing down a hallway. A girl ran away, turned around, and was suddenly in different clothes. At this point I realized I was dreaming and became lucid. My mind started to drift so I rubbed my hands together and tried to spin around, but I was falling down (which took forever, by the way). A few seconds after I hit the ground I was awake.

      I'm not really sure what happened, but here's my guess. When I attained lucidity I pictured myself sleeping, so my "dream body" tried to match my real body...or something.

      How do I prevent this? Do I just not think about what's going on outside of the actual dream?

      It's just something that happened in one of your LDs, it is nothing special... Don't look to much into it or it will happend all of the time.
