      Trouble having dream sec

Well, the first thing I ever do when I become lucid is try to have sex. Everytime I try though, my dream starts to fade and I either wake up or become non-lucid and my dream continues and I forget it ever happened.

Is there anyway to stay lucid and follow through? It seems as if whenever I approach a girl and try to do stuff my dream completely fades to where I almost wake and I can't ever get it.

Either you're getting too excited, or too frustrated. I've never tried "doing it" in my dreams so I don't know for sure, but it's my guess. Stop and stabilize before rushing off to do something, and take it slowly. Don't move too fast or you'll lose your train of thought, and you'll probably lose lucidity too. I think it just comes from experience, doing it a few times over and correcting yourself.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

This wise guy is right, you're probably too excited to fullfill your needs. Just calm down and it should work. When I was a virgin it was nearly impossible to have it in a lucid dream. Much easier when I've "Done it" it in real life. Actually this morning I had my first lucid sex-thingy. Don't expect to keep your lucidity after the intercourse though I think having sex during lucid dreaming is a waste of the lucid experience.

Have a good length lucid dream, and then try one with sex. It might not be necessary, as stabilizing and calming yourself down will lengthen the dream, even if it is a sexual dream, it will probably help make the sex dream longer, and give you some experience on how it feels, and how to keep in a dream.

Also, you might just end up deciding you would rather do other shit instead of sex. My advice, if you do have sex, wait till the end of your dream, otherwise it can cut it short.

That's some pretty good advice! I'd never have thought of that.
