I was paralyzed in the dream. :)
Strangely enough, I experienced the same thing in a lucid dream the other night. I tried to climb out of the bed but it was like I was half paralysed and like I was suffering from the flu. I put so much effort into trying to stand to hand rub but I woke up. I have made a mental note to hand rub after I've RCed when having a false awakening in future.
The important thing is to concentrate on the feeling, the sensation of your hands rubbing together. After that, it's also good to touch objects (I like to stroke my bumpy wallpaper) to stabilise.
Yeah, if you read the dream you would know that I'm a big fan of rubbing objects :P I probably overdid it a little though. :) Thanks for the answer!
If you breathe slowly and deeply you can get out of SP. But getting into sp is a way to wild
Also, if you are paralyzed, maybe you could put more attention to the stuff around you, that is also a good way to stabilize dreams, no need to use the hands.
I'm not talking about sp. Thats no problem. I'm talking about beeing paralyzed in a lucid dream. Not beeing able to move.Quote:

wait. Create a clone standing up and then be the clone. Or maybe these solutions arent simple enough?
The paralyzis cure sounds sweet. Will definitivitly try and cook up a bottle of that. Or pull ut out of my pants :)
Been paralysed in a dream before(it actually made me lucid)
What I did was wake up and then DEILD into a new dream :)
