      Smile hmm

Hey I had a LD last night, I was thinking about wether I was dreaming or not all through this.
when I try to change something I just look real hard at where I want something to happen and it changes. But theres this sort of weight on the back of my head and I can just feel that I'm not just staring and waiting, something is going on. So I got this cramic plate and flattened it and realised I was dreaming. However i didnt really concentrate on what I was doing so I kept doing things just like some random DC and every now and then I would remember that I was LDing and i would do something abnormal. Finally i dreamt- DREAMT that I woke up. How annoying is that?

I still havent tried to fly or breathe underwater. I keep forgetting!
when i have a lucid dream the first thing I will do isorder a pizza.

      PIZZA
      pizza is sacred.

You don't need to try to breathe underwater, that will actually make things more difficult for you. Most times when I find myself breathing underwater, I don't even think about breathing, usually because I'm distracted by something spectacular or dangerous. Everything requires your attention to exist in dreams, so it's only when you take the time to think about breathing that you actually need to. If you can manage not to think about it at all, you don't even need to breath, or it happens so naturally it's not an issue.

False awekenings are actually pretty fun! and if you have them alot then you can use them to become lucid!

I was always a dreamer, in childhood especially. People thought I was a little strange.-Charley pride

never had a false awakening. do you find yourself really thinking your back in the real world or is it just a short lived experience that rips you back into your dream once you realize it?

you're right, i stayed on dreamviews for like an hour that day and i hadnt had LD's for loads
i mean, in 2 succesfully long lucids I havent tried to fly yet. I just really havent grasped the do nothing technique. I want to do crazy stuff and i forget to actually control my movements. Then the dream drags me inexorably towards the loass of lucidity.
Milhouse, it means you think you wake up after a dream but you are actually still in the dream.
when i have a lucid dream the first thing I will do isorder a pizza.

      PIZZA
