Have you read Thomas Yuschak's book, Advanced Lucid Dreaming: The Power of Supplements? It might get you started. |

I am wanting to know which neurochemical processes are directly responsible for crossing the threshold from lucid dream consciousness to awakened consciousness. |

Never stop searching for truth. In your search you may think you have found it, and perhaps you have, but if you hold on tightly to a single thread it will fray and it's greater meaning will become lost. There is always more truth stretching deep beneath the surface that promises to reveal ever greater the infinite, interwoven fabric of truth, woven in the looms of Heaven.

Yes, I have. Thank you for the idea, though. It is a helpful book in many ways, but I didn't find the answer to this specific question. The book only covered the role of neurotransmitters in sleep, dreaming, and lucid dreaming, but didn't specifically cover the neurochemical role in the cessation of lucid dreams. |

Are there are neuro-pros on this forum that may have the answer to this sort of question? |
