      2 great dreams.

i had 2 sick LDs last night, both in my town. but when i spun, after about 30 mins into the second one, it made me dizzy. and when i yelled more clarity and more vividness, i woke up? can i have tips for more LDs, and longer ones?

Hm, 30mins dream, it might just be your REM cycle was finishing, so there was nothing to be done. Usually, when stabilization techniques fail me, what I do is wake myself up and then DEILD back.

If the dream starts to fade, just anchor your mind to the dream. There is no way to say how to do it in words, but when you try it it should work. It doesn't help with clarity, though. I still have a problem with that. >.< When I tried rubbing my hands together it destroyed some nearby electronics. It was pretty weird. Anyway, I hope I helped!

I'll have to agree with Walms... Your REM cycle might have been through with, therefore it ended. Also another tidbit: You said you yelled? Yelling is a strenuous task in dreams and could jolt you awake. Try being more in a serious commanding tone, "Increase clarity," or whatever. Just trying to help
