hmm interesting. i know wierd things like that always work. someone suggested i tell myself "I can move, becuase i am wearing pants" or something rediculous like that. i dont know why these things work, but they do! |

I feel like it might be because now that you're lucid your brain might be in dream land but your body isn't, so since your body isn't moving in real life it can't move in the dream. At least that's what it feels like when something like that happens to me. |
|
ok, so how do i get my body in the dream world. becuase this is interesting, and actually makes sense, but knowing this infromation does not really help me unless i know what do about it.... |
|
Just do what I said :3. |

I'm personally not sure how to get your body into the dream world because the last time this happened to me I was freaking out in the dream world, running around my house trying to find ways to wake myself up so I could see what time it was. One of the first times I remember this happening to me I was very confused in the dream world because it had caused me not to be able to stand up and I just crawled the rest of the dream. But something you could try (this helps me with flying, maybe it will help you with this) is to really concentrate very hard on where you are and what you want to do and don't let up your concentration. Visualize things more specifically and less generalized. |

The same thing happens to me. It feels like sleep paralysis, except I know I'm actually asleep. No matter how hard I try to move, I find that I can't. As with sleep paralysis, it seems to work better to focus on a small area first. I usually try to move a finger or my tongue rather than an arm or leg. Then I build up from there, and eventually I'll just snap out of it and be able to move. Or I'll wake up, haha. |
