My best advice would be to use clairity as a dreamsign. Any time your vision is fuzzy or things seem unclear do a reality check. Just get it in your head that anything that doesn't look real isn't. Or at the least requires a reality check. |

I'm losing hope when it comes to dream control. Why? Because none of my dreams are realistic or clear, so when something happens that should be a *DING DING DING, YOUR DREAMING!!* sign, I don't realize it because none of my dreams are clear, vivid, and realistic. Help? Please? |

If your dreams are not clear, you may want to try some Autosuggestion before bed. It may not be a recall issue, however you still need to concentrate on furthering your Dream Journal. This helps immensely with retaining more recall, and it can even increase the frequency of vivid dreams. |

I am the darkness that surrounds me, I am the air that surrounds me, I am the land that hides me, I wait to strike, From the darkness, I wait to kill, From out of thin air, I am invisible, And I am silent death.
~They say, "if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all." And some people wonder why I'm so quiet around them .
My dreams are not clear, and it's when I realise that I'm dreaming that they become clear. Lucid dreaming needs a lot of work at first, so just start by doing little things like remembering your dreams every night, then try WILD, WBTB etc, and of course incorporate reality checks into your day to day life. |
