you can definately go back to old dreams and see images of past events. the ones ive had are never just like they were though. suddenly realising you have been in the same dream before is amazing and a good way to become lucid
No, I don't belieive you can see the future in lucid dreams. However, the way we remember things is closely connected to the way we imagine things, so yes, you could probably recreate past events in your lucid dream.
Although it would be hard to make it exactly the same, it could possibly be done.
You would have to dream-spin to the past location, and sort of visualize the event happening. It would be hard.
Lucid deaming isn't a magical super-power, I think you should research what happens when you lucid dream. Read up on the biology of it all, that should help you.
Remember, you wouldn't actually be there at the memory, and you can't influence the past or future with lucid dreams. At best you would be forcing a similar event to take place, solely in your imagination.
I would have to try it myself, but I think it would be hard.
What if you used time travel to go back to the beginning of a lucid dream. Maybe you could extend the length of dreams like that. :panic:

I had a dream awhile back that I explored a lot of my past, and in parts I became very lucid. It was an all-night dream, and a lot of the details were accurate to my past. I didn't have a very high level of control though.
The dream is actually in my old dream journal, entry #23 and the link can be found in my signature, if you're interested in reading it.
well, going back to past experiences, why not? youve seen it already and your mind can create anything...
as for seeing the future, you could say I will travel to the future, see something and say "that is my future" but no one is guaranteeing you that it will actually be your future. As said previously, remember a lucid dream is still just a dream.
