      Angry Gaah! Let me have control!

      In my grand total of 2 lucid dreams, I've had almost complete control.
      Now I've got back my ability to remember dreams (Phew), I was dreaming one night when suddenly I realised it was a dream. I rubbed my hands together because I felt like it, and it felt like there was SO much friction! Then a small creepy-looking girl appeared, kneeling down on the floor.
      I then found I could not control it at all, I tried but I couldn't. Then about 20 seconds later I forgot it was a dream and normal dreaming resumed.
      Any help with controlling it?
      I have Exploding Head Syndrome.
      It's quite strange.

      Dream spin! Take your mind off what is actually going on, and you'll probably be able to control the dream easier.

      Just go with the flow. Don't worry about physics or whether something could actually happen, just do it.

      You have to believe it's going to happen in order for it to happen. If you're going to do anything out of the ordinary, you have to really believe that it's actually going to happen.

      I dunno about you, but in my last nights dream (first with control) when I wanted to something to happen, I shouted a command. Like if I wanted the lights go on, I would shout "lights!". Worked for me.
