Have I lost the touch?
When I first started trying to lucid dream, it was about November, so 2 months back.
I had my first lucid dreams towards Christmas time, and started improving my techniques and started attaining better levels of lucidity.
Being a student.. I went a bit crazy over christmas and the new years perod - a lot of trqavelling with my friends, and a lot of drinking - resulting in my sleep cycle changing drastically..
Ive been back home and at work since the start of last week, and have been trying to get started again. I realised it would take a few days to get any kind of sign, but I havent.
Even my dream recall seems to have dissipated. (Although, the past two nights, Ive remembered slightly).
So have I completely lost the chance to keep becoming lucid, or will it come back in weeks to come? Stupid question, probably..

I'm sure it'll come back in less than weeks. Just try to remember about LDs each day.

I'm guessing now your sleep schedule is more organized, your sleeping behaviour just changed and its taking some time for your body to become accustomed to new one.

Yeah, Im thinking the same. Aswell as hoping! Haha. All I have to do is beleive I guess. :P
