Dream fail :(

Last night for the first time in a dream i became lucid for only a moment, i realized i was dreaming when being dragged into the air by what looked like a lunch tray seemed off to me. when i became lucid i instantly tried to start moving around before i even took the time to look at my surroundings and i instantly lost my lucidness. any tips?

Have more lucid dreams

Once you get more used to them it's easier to stay lucid. And when you notice the dream fading or falling to pieces either focus on one of your senses(feel is the best for me) and keep connected with the dream. Just imagine it. I usually feel my footsteps on the ground.

Or if the dream does fade, just remain completely calm and don't move. You'll fall back asleep almost immediately and if you pay attention you'll go right back into the dream lucid.

Another thing I'll do sometimes when I lose the dream is dream spinning. Just spin around(you the dreamer, not your real body) and visualize where you want to be.
