Why cant I move in my lucids?
Every time I get lucid, I try to move in someway and I wake up.
To make this clearer.
I mean I cannot move in my Dream. Everytime I try to move in the dream it is either very difficult or a strain and the strain wakes me up and I lose the lucid dream.
It seems to happen every time...
Anyone else had this?
What can or cannot be done about this?

What if you try like touching yourself (lol), looking around, smelling to deepen it?

If I were you, I would try to smell everything, listen to the noises and only move when you are sure it's safe. Why don't you check tutorial? I think I saw one about deepening your lucid dream.
I once tried rubbing my hands together and it was very difficult to move my arms. It felt like they were moving through some thick syrupy substance. The only difference I can see between this and other lucid dreams in which I move fine is that with the hands I was trying very hard to move. I was in a LD and panicked because I knew I had to rub my hands together or I'd wake up. If it's the same for you, maybe you should try not worrying about it, not trying to control every muscle in your body and instead just walking forward like you would in real life. You don't need to concentrate on moving your legs, instead concentrate on moving to your destination.
Problems like this can often be solved with more creative solutions. For example, if you're sure the dream is stable enough and that's not part of the problem, try leaving your dream body and moving around as a spirit/astral body/point of conciousness.
Try jumping. Leap into the air etc. Also, when you become lucid know in your mind that you can do anything you want. Therefore nothing can HOLD you back and you shall be able to move freely as you desire. -Chase
Sounds like SP, once you become lucid, for some reason you shift attention to real body, which is paralyzed, so your dream body becomes paralyzed too.
What is most likely happening is becoming lucid is putting you into the upper end of dream consciousness, very close to waking. When this happens, you become more conscious of your physical body which is asleep and unable to move and you identify with it and so feel as though you can't move. Attempting to move will further the connection with your physical body which will make it move and wake you up. The best way to avoid this is when you become lucid, instead of trying to move around right away, just calm yourself; relax and look around. You might even try to close your eyes and make a new dream world appear from behind your eyelids. Think of your consciousness like a ball floating in the ocean. Dreaming is the ball in deep water, being lucid is the ball in shallow water and waking up is the ball floating to the surface. When you become lucid, this ball will shoot up from the deep to the shallow, but if you do not take the time to relax and gain control it will keep going right on to the surface and you will wake up. In order to stay in the lucid dream state you have to learn how to hover in the shallow water.
This happened to me a lot when I was lucid. Sometimes it'd be like I was walking in tar or something, everything is so slow; and when I tried running it's like I have to push off the ground so hard in order to propel myself forwards. It would happen at random times though, not just when I'm close to waking up.
So I stared imagining that I'm running on a conveyor belt, like a treadmill, except it's going in the same direction that I am. Like those moving walkways at the airport. I imagine the regular ground having that kind of motion to it. The physical ground never movies, but if you picture the sensation of it going forwards it helps. It works really well for me.
Sticky syrupy? Yeah, it same goes to me. In my dream i couldnt move my body..My mouth couldnt talk..Anything accept my mind.. I was thinking, what should i do? Where come the evil laughing ? Who is that? Why he do this to me? And he seems the one who dragged and pulled my SOUL out of my body.. This happened repeatedly
Ahhh, this generally happens to me in nightmares when it's least convenient (on the tracks in front of a train). This I believe is due to sleep paralysis, I know this "moving through syrup" feels exactly like having sleep paralysis. I believe it's a mechanism to prevent my panicked exertion from waking me up. Try, stopping, relaxing, a waiting until you can move without resistance. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES should you EVER struggle in a lucid dream. It not only may wake you, but the feelings of struggling and being restrained may cause a shift in atmosphere to a nightmare, so it's not a technique for trying to wake up, either.
