I'm not exactly sure what you mean. Are you tired the next morning after you attempted WILD or tired during your WBTB? |
|
In almost every WILD I have had it is hard to get up and move around. I feel really tired. And when I try to yell something or say something I feel out of breath. Does this happen to anyone else, and does anyone know how to fix this? |

sorry i didn't reply sooner! I am tired during the actual WILD. when i have a WILD I open my dream eyes and i am exactly wherever i went to sleep. it's like a false awakening, except i'm aware of dreaming. when i try to get up from this spot in my lucid dream, it is like i'm really tired. i feel heavy and my speech is impared like i'm about to pass out. |

Ah, I gotcha. This happens sometimes with WILDs and it is just an instability issue. Since you are entering the dream directly from the waking state, sometimes you still have a slight "connection" to your actual body. I would suggest immediately performing some stabilization techniques and see if you can get these issues cleared up. You can also try to engage in some sort of dream activity to break that connection to real life. Stabilize and if you can't seem to get everything perfect, go ahead and proceed with the dream. Things should clear up nicely for you. A WILD sometimes takes several minutes for everything to completely settle in. |

I've had a similar problem a few times too. I assumed it was because I was still partially aware of my physical body in bed, and probably a little uncomfortable. Stabilizing and engaging the dream senses should help. |
|
For one it is because your dream body is weak. Often times if your dream body is weak and you wild the dreams will be very unstable and you will feel energy drained. |
|
Our truest life is when we are in dreams awake
I have a similar problem except its not that im really tired its like the covers on my bed i just extremely heavy and i just cant move at all and when I got to sleep i put the covers over my entire body covering my face so i FA in my bed in the same position trapped and i just cant go to bed unless I cover myself. So i'll take yoshi's advice and try some stabalization techniques when i wild. |
|
thanks yoshi and everyone else! i did notice that when i tried stabilization techniques i felt less groggy |

Yeah, WILDs will often start off in this hazy/groggy state. The key is just finding some stabilization techniques that work well for you. Glad I could help out a bit and good luck to you! |
