      Mobile Phone

      This might seem like an odd idea however it has worked for me . I found that whilst in a LD u can use a phone to control things. For example i took out a mobile phone which i had on me and just pressed some random numbers when ever i wanted to change something in the dream. It does have its drawbacks in that you constantly gotta use your phone but i did find it an extremly easy way to get used to controlling asspects of my dreams.

      Sometimes I use (mobile) phone when I want to summon a certain dream character in my dream. It's easier for my brain to deal with when I call for dream characters and ask them to come to my place

      I've never thought of controlling other things with mobile phone though. Maybe a remote controller or something else would work as well. Thanks for sharing that. Now I have to try it in my next lucid.

      I've cone something similar before. The only problem is that I ended up constantly losing what I was using!
      It is important that we do not judge these few unbiased moments of our lives, but take them as they are. There is no nightmare for the lucid dreamer, nor no shadows on the mind.
