Hey i have a cool idea on how to stabilize a dream : You Act. Thats it.
For example,1) Take a pill and pretend its the "Lucid Pill" that makes you 100% lucid. Or wear a necklace or a ring and pretend its the the magic necklace/ring of lucidity.Or try to wear some "magic lucid glasses" that makes the dream vivid. Gonna try it on my next LD. Some feedack from you guys would be awsome :D
Hi, I do this all the time when my LDs are not vivid enough. I personally use my "lucid glasses" that just makes everything crystal clear. I had been slacking a lot and as of lately I've decided to get back on track with my quest for lucidity so the other night when I got lucid for the first time in a long time, I went looking for my glasses and found them all dusty and dirty. I thought that was funny since It has definitely been a while lol.
Hehe, sounds nice :D that may be your subconscious that knows its a long time since your last LD that makes your glasses appear dusty :P...well with the same logic, everything in the dream is from the subconscious ^^
