I usually have to go into a trance for my lucid powers to work first time; which is easy cause I do alot of meditation. The past two nights I've been lucid for multiple hours with total control, when doing this seems normal for you, eg. the change of excitement at the fact you became lucid should be non existant cause it can destabilize the dreamworld by reminding you that your other body is still there, and you should have been expecting lucidity anyway; it should be simpler to hold on to the dream. All these stabalization techniques are gimmicks in my opinion and just pure awareness of the possibilities of your environment is your best bet. Use that to keep active or you'll either lose lucidity or your dream will fade. Good luck! |
