are their any tips anyone can give me on lucid dreaming? i know all the basic things like writting down dreams and things like that, but is there like, some sort of exercise or something to do b4 going to bed that can make your chances of lucid dreaming better??
Welcome to the Matinee......Just Kidding............I found the best way is to tell one-self that you will become lucid during the day. The biggest obstacle for me was to realise that one IS dreaming. Though it really is a Blast once you manage it. Oh yes, and be gentle rather than forceful. I would guess in three weeks max you should achieve your goal.
well i have gotten to the point where i knew i was dreaming, so i tried to fly, but only floated a few feet off the ground, and b/c i couldnt actually fly, i thouhgt i was in reality, but i wasnt after i woke up. 8)
Well I didn't try to fly first time, but I did Dive off a Cliff into the Blackened Ocean Waves. It's like those "Magic Eye" pictures. Once you Get It, You Get It etc, etc.
