Was I lucky or what? :D
So, I haven't been doing anything with lucid dreaming for about 2 months now, and all of a sudden, yesterday I had the urge to Lucid dream again. So i did a couple RC's throughout the day and right before I went to bed, I said,"I will remember my dreams, wait no. I wanna have a lucid dream! Yeah, I'm gonna have a lucid dream." And sometime last night, I did! I don't rember most of it, but I do remember some parts where people with me in a van didn't want to get out or something cause the wather was bad. So i told them this was a dream and we all nose plug RC'ed. So I was pushing myself to change the weather, and soon some clouds moved to reveal the sun and the blue sky and then the black clouds just moved right away and were gone! I did that at least twice inthis dream and during one I had to RC just to make sure I wasn't doing this in vain. During this spontaneous LD I hads to of RC'ed at least 5 times!
How was this possible? I hadn't even cared about LD for 2, maybe 3 months, and now all of a sudden, I have the longest one I've ever had!

I guess lucid dreaming is best when you go off it for a while and then go back as this would increase your intention to have one suddenly, rather than every day then getting bored.
Well done! :)
Everytime you think your lucid rate is going down, take a break if this works for you.

Stepping away from lucid dreaming allows you to come back to it with a fresh approach. You have all this excitement towards it and previous knowledge to boot. Your chances of success are very high. Reminds me of weight lifting in that your muscles have to heal and rebuild for a period before u start seeing benefits. Namaste.

The only thing is in the dream, it seemed like I wasnt really doing the stuff, my mind was! How do I get more control/vividness?
