Lucid Nightmares
About a year ago I became interested in experiencing lucid dreams, however it never worked for me, so I just gave up.
But recently I've been having them without even trying. At least, I assume they are, as when I have them I can experience my dream and the noises in it become as loud as they would in real life, and I regain my normal thoughts and mind, and I can "talk" to myself like normal (I hope I'm not the only one who does that).
But my dreams have always been incredibly weird, and all of the ones I remember were nightmares (for some reason I never remember happy dreams, if I have them). So of course the same happens when I lucid dream.
The first thing that happens is that I hear a weird sound. It's usually something that scares me, such as ghostlike whispers, what sounds like music being played backwards, or some other creepy sound. Then I start falling into a dark abyss, which by them I am either trying to force myself to wake up (which takes quite a while) or I am trying to imagine something to make me less frightened and to calm me down, because I know that the further I fall down the abyss, the scarier the dream will become. But when I try to imagine the comforting things, they quickly become something scary (For example, I'll dream of my boyfriend. He'll be there for a couple of seconds, but then he'll turn into a black, misty demon with red eyes who wants to kill me). No matter what, these dreams always seem to incorporate the things that frighten me the most.
I usually force myself to wake up, and then I have to stay up, otherwise I'll have another lucid dream [nightmare]. I'm tired of it. So I'm going to attempt to take control.
Any advice on how to turn these into something other than nightmares?

Well, another thing you could try, like summoning your boyfriend, is maybe try a different type of summoning.
If you summon something in front of you, it turns into something bad, right? Well maybe if you summoned something onto you, on into your hand? Like maybe a key and a door to a better dream, or a suit of armour, and you can then turn the nightmare into a cool battle and then get out.
I think it is mainly down to belief and doubt for you. You are falling, and when you summon your boyfriend, you sort of expect him to turn nasty now, so he does. If you can get something that you KNOW will help you, I can't really think of why it wouldn't.
Basically, try a different tactic to getting rid of the nightmares. Getting out doesn't seem to help. So try to change the dream, seal yourself off, or fight back.

Try teleporting somewhere peaceful....
or you could try summon a shotgun.

I used to have terrible recurring nightmares when I was a kid. I think that's how I learned to lucid dream, as a kind of self-defense. Unfortunately, I never learned how to control my nightmares, and still have quite a bit of difficulty with nightmares (though I have them far less often than I used to), but I'm getting better at it.
One of the things I learned to do is wake myself up almost instantly, and this helped me to be less afraid of my dreams, and right now, is helping me to confront them: I know that I can escape any time I want to, so I'm more willing to stay longer and try to control my nightmares, and after I have one, I'm not as afraid to go back to sleep. Learning to wake up right away might be something that helps you as well, and might give you the confidence to confront and control your nightmares (confidence seems to be key). I know you said that waking up is difficult, but maybe experiment with different ways of waking yourself up, and focus on that right away (even in a "happy" dream, if you have one) rather than waiting until you can't stand it. What always worked for me when I was a kid and first learning that I could control my dreams was to close my eyes and repeat "it's just a dream" over and over. Usually by the third time, I would wake up. Now, I barely have to do anything to wake myself up.

Closing your eyes, picturing yourself in bed, and lying down are supposed to wake you right up from a lucid dream/nightmare.

What I like to do in Nightmares, is to pretend im asleep. It makes me think that the monster/ppl trying to get me can't see me.

I had a recurring dream of certain people hurting me. When I was lucid one night I 'confronted' them by beating them up with the help of dc's. And told them to never hurt my non-lucid dream self again. It has worked so far. none of them have shown up again in my dreams.
