Do you enjoy a good smoke in your dreams?
How does it feel?
Do you expect the "dream cigs" to be a certain way?
I always expect my cigs in dreams to be other-worldly and they always taste like the best tobacco ever.

I don't really smoke in my dreams, although I'd expect you can do some crazy stuff with them.
No idea, did smoke some crack or some other weird drug in my last LD. Could take a huge hit. A leprechaun gave it to me.
Smoked weed before in non lucid dreams and it feels exactly like in waking life. Also, I highly agree with you. You need a list of dream goals. You are in Nirvana. A magical other worldly realm where you are God-like and the possibilities are limitless... and you want to smoke a fake ciggarette? wow.
I've quit smoking, so every now and then, I'll still have a dream that I'm smoking again. Then I wake up wondering "holy shit, did I smoke last night??"
I hate that feeling. :?
Don't think I've ever smoked in a lucid, though. Not that I can recall at the moment, anyway.
Yes I smoke a bit in my LDs. actually I just remembered a recent smoking dream just reading this thread. O, same thing happened to me when I quit smoking weed. same thing happens a lot to recovering alcoholics.
I've only smoked once in a LD. I don't remember the cigarette tasting any different from waking life, but with every exhale I formed these big, cartoonish clouds in front of me. Also, when I turned around there was this huge, three-legged turkey standing in front of me..
I think somewhere in the back of my mind I must've expected the cig to contain something more than just tobacco, haha.
My first ever lucid dream, I sat in my apartment smoking a cigarette and realized something was off when I would light the cigarette, pull on it and no smoke would come out. Later, I walked out, did an RC and realized I was dreaming. That's my experience with LD-cigs
I've never smoked IRL so this might be something really interesting I can try. I wonder what dream drugs are like, too? I've found that dream alcohol makes me really feel buzzed or drunk....it's really weird. My dream alcohol tastes a lot better than the real stuff thankfully. :P
I've been a smoker for almost four years by now and I can't remember smoking in a single dream I ever had. I also never really got that idea in an LD, there's just better stuff to do.
I actually did this last night, I remembered this thread, and I was just content to chill and watch what happend, so I pulled one out of my pocket and tried it. Wasn't that flash.
I've smoked a few times IRL, just to see what it was like, and it's much better as opposed to dreams.
I smoked cigs for a few years and very heavily. I quit one day cold turkey and have never smoked again. I did have a couple of dreams where I smoked and it seemed very real, and I had to think about whether it was dreams or not. (Reality check time?) - What I think is that the dreaming mind is two functional. It is about desires and fears and dreams from these, but it also helps to alleviate these. It's a one smart babe.
My dreams lately have been very mafioso and in one I trafficked coke, but I didn't use it.. I've never used any sort of IRL drugs, or smoking, and I'm not much for drinking, so it'd be fun to try dream-drugs. I actually like my LDs to be things that could happen in real life, with a supernatural twist- for example, living a day as myself 5 years ago and impressing all the girls by using superhuman strength to pick up massive objects (once I summoned a meteor just to throw it back to space)
This is weird. I just smoked a cigar in a dream last night. Oddly enough, I don't smoke in real life as I quit several years ago.
It definitely tasted real. The cigar looked good...it just had all the qualities that non-dream cigars do. The only difference was that shortly after lighting it, I looked back and it was almost gone :cheeky:.
I smoke sometimes in my dreams (as I do in real life as well) and it doesn't really affect how I feel. It's mainly just out of intense habit. So much so that I don't even realize I have lit the cigarette. I've had some good laughs about this. Plus, it adds to my "OMG-I'm-a-bad-ass-adventurer!" image I have of myself when I lucid dream, heh.
