A power I have always had trouble with is super jumping. Like jumping hundred of feet into the air. Does anyone have any effective techniques for doing this?

-Put springs on your shoes, and imagine them shooting you up into the air.
-Imagine that there is so much muscle in your legs, you can jump as high as you want.
-Imagine a string is pulling you off the ground into the air, and then swing back down.
Spoiler for Stereotype:
Thanks. I will try all of these (including the black one haha) in my next lucid which will hopefully be tonight!
What has always worked for me is not trying to jump with my legs. I know that isn't possible for me to do, and for me that sort of limits what I can do. You don't have to do things that you know ARE possible... being unsure about it will work if you think its probable. For instance, I'm never "moving", I make everything else move in relation to me. I know its a dream, and can't think of any reason why I can't make everything in the dream move left, right, up or down..
I've learned everything is pretty much constricted by my own mind. If you don't have confidence it will work, it won't.. You might have to find your own solution that you think will work.. Just try to keep your thoughts simple.
Try putting giant springs on your feet like Wiley Coyote. :D
Jump off empire state building onto a trampoline!
Really try to feel the power in your legs as you push off the ground. Remember the sensation you get when you normally jump off the ground, but this time imagine the force your feet exert into the earth is tripled, or more. And always remember to "know" that it's second nature to you. Or, like others have said, you can always use objects to help you out.
In most my dreams the gravity is very low and jumping high is a natural, since i could remember. My tip for you is to try to lower gravity :cheeky:
Here's a small excerpt from a lucid where i did super jumping:
"...Then i see one of the roofs on one of the trailers. I decide to try and jump from the field i'm in, all the way to the top of the roof on the trailer. I keep my eyes on the spot where i want to land. Then I crouch down and then push off the ground. I fly into the air and land on the roof. While standing on the roof, i notice that there are several roofs above me, each one is slightly higher than the one before. I decide to see what the view looks like from the highest roof. I start jumping from roof to roof until i reach the top... i gained a lot of experience with jumping in lucid dreams. I noticed that as long as i kept the jumping pose when i jumped; i would continue to fly through the air, but as soon as i made the landing pose; i would go straight to the ground."
This one was great. Especially when i was flying over the field, high above the power lines.
For me, the pose of my body seemed to make all of the difference. You're supposed to have complete faith that you can do whatever it is that you try in a lucid dream. I think by using your body's poses like this; you are showing your faith through action. The same ideas also helped me with flying. I keep the flying pose, i never fall to the ground. If i put my feet down as if i'm trying to stop myself from crashing, i will more than likely go to the ground. I guess this is why i have trouble hovering in the standing position, like how they do in the dragonball z and bleach animes when they have battles in the sky. Also, when you're starting out, it's a good idea to keep your eyes on the spot where you want to land. This helps keep you focused and keep you from falling short on your jump. Anyway, hope you find it helpful.
Ask a dream character to show you how to super jump. After they show me I always am able to fo it. I think it's because "well he can do it so can I".
