1st and 2nd Lucid' on the fourm!

Had 2 lucid dreams last night. All i remember is being lucid, not much else though. Just the setting of which was in my bathroom, and the other at my grandparents house. I achieved the second by listening to the Subliminal audio on the forum, I listened to it before going to sleep, and kept it playing on a loop while sleeping. Hopefully i can get some better recall though.

Congratulations on your Lucids! What you should do is now write down your experiences, hopefully in your dream journal. Also another thing you should learn is how to stabilize and control your lucid dreams for the best experience. For Stability: Rub your hands, Touch objects in your lucidity, Remind yourself this is a dream and you control it and also spin around in a circle. For Control: Tell your subconscious this is your dream and you control it. Usually you can say what you want and do it as you wish.
