hah right, because it is!, and yes ive woken my self early a few times, but what i cant figure out, maybe someone knows, is, for the past 3 nights ive been waking up at 4am exactly, :/ anyone know whats goin on? i mean the dreams that i have had before i woke up were different, so i doubt it was the dream, in fact, everything wass really chill before i woke up. i just like Woke up lol.

If you have a good schedule for sleep and such, you will often wake up at (exactly) the same moment. It means that is the end of a REM period. You can set your alarm a quarter or so before that for a perfect WILD timing :)Quote:
