I know for me, the nose plug reality check works really well. But, when I am wanting to DEILD after I come out of a lucid, I want to know if it is a FA, or when i am in another dream. So, I was wondering if any one has tried, or know if it works, to do a "closed mouth inhale" reality check, where you keep your mouth closed and try to inhale through that. This would make it so you don't have to move to do a RC.
Any ideas?
That could work. So basically you are looking for a hands free reality check? When you're laying down I recommend one where you try to float up in the air. Pretend there is suddenly less gravity and the ceiling is pulling you up. That is what I do, but the mouth one does sound like a good idea.
Doesn't it sound like a good idea? haha. I just want to know if anyone else has tried. Seems like it would work. Oh and do you have a link to a well written DEILD tutorial? Can't seem to find one written by the community.Quote:

That would probably work. Another simple RC is to check and see how aware you are of yourself, along with your body and surroundings. Try to expect something to happen, such as a DC to walk up to you and tell you to "wake up", which can also be done without moving. Mancon's suggestion is also good. :)

I would if I was focusing on LDing right now, but I'm just not into it right now. I'm always willing to hear your progress though. Seeing as it's been a day, how did it work out for you?
