Altering gravity. Ever wanted to run around on the ceiling?

hey! something kind of cool i discovered last night!
everybody's had the "upside-down house" daydream, right? or maybe just wanted to walk up walls? truth is, gravity, like everything else in a dream, is at your beck and call.
strangely, i dont think that the dream i found this out in was a lucid one, but i think it could work in both.
first off, you start on the floor (obviously). look over at the wall. (now, you could just do like they did in Inception and just step up on it, but i imagine only skilled dreamers could pull that off. but go ahead and try if you like!) now, this is very important, you need to stop thinking of the floor as 'down', you need to think of the wall as 'down'. it'll be some furious re-orienting, but eventually, the wall can become 'down'.
you then find yourself sliding towards it, which you then can either jump on the wall or just slide into it. i was running parallel to the wall and then jumped up on it.
once you are on the wall, keep thinking of it as 'down', otherwise, if you think; "whoa! im sideways!" you'll just go crashing back down to the floor. i havnt tried it yet, but i imagine getting onto the ceiling to be a similar process.
if you try this, DO leave feedback! i would love to hear if anyone else has been able to do this! not to mention i would love a description of DCs faces when they see you grinning at them from far above.

i day dream about that all the time :content:, im still trying to improve recall, but im defiantly adding this to my dream goals

I go about it different, but enjoy the same kind of thing. I do not need to picture that down is not down, but it is not a bad way to get started. I love a trick I call Spider climb. I can of course fly and levitate, but I actually enjoy climbing rapidly up the surface of buildings. I just know that tiny handholds will be anywhere I reach and that I can almost throw myself up the building. Another fun thing is just sitting on the ceiling and watching things upside down.

I've had some gravity changing experiences but mostly prefer just to fly and hold myself to the ceiling, things like that. I try not to screw with gravity or I get locked in MC Esher rooms and freak out.
