      Focus

      It's strange. This has happened in a number of lucid dreams I've had(about six or seven total, since February), where I really want to do something productive with my dreams, like solving problems I face daily or learning how to fly(something I really want to do, but haven't had the chance). For instance, I had one last night, in which I had become lucid and finished the course of the current dream. Afterwards, I was satisfied by finishing it, and said to myself, "what next?" Of course, I could have done something productive, but unfortunately, the first thing that came to mind was sex, and it was a downward spiral from there. I tried some last-ditch efforts to save the dream(ie. spinning) but to no avail.

      It's happened multiple times, and it's spoiled the dream. Suggestions?

      You mean every time you try to decide what productive things to do in LD, only sex comes to your mind? huh...

      Try next time to ask yourself What productive except sex can I do now? )))lol))) ...or just wait your passion to pass in the time... It could be connected to some details of your ordinary life.. who knows better than you. You can also discuss with Placebo a sexless pills strategy!

      I think the point is you have LDs. The rest is fight...

      Well, it's not the only thing that comes to mind, but just when the thought comes into my head, the dream falls apart. And as I try to save it in vain, I think of all the things I could have done in the dream.

      Not that the situation itself is funny, though.... Actually, it doesn't seem all that productive because the thought ruins dreams.
