      Well written guide

I hadn't been over to LD4all in a dog's age, so I was checking it out tonight and came across this excellent tutorial:
      Dream Control Training Course

It's got a bunch of great stabilization techniques (spinning is not among them, which is good). One stabilization technique he mentions that I'd never though of before was getting undressed. I absolutely love that. Hilarious and effective.

Another aspect mentioned I hadn't considered is the section titled "Power up your consciousness". Not sure what I think of that yet, still digesting the concept.

Overall it's lots of good advice, although I completely disagree with his take on nightmare and interpreting.

I swear by this guide. 'Powering up consciousness' is an important and overlooked issue in control.

The Cusp: Thanks for sharing the (above) link. It should be quite a good read.

I prefer the ones where you have to be sure. Another one I'm fond of is to just start smashing stuff. It's got intense physical activity to stabilize your body, and a high level of interaction with the environment to help stabilize that.
