Do I have everything down?

I want to attempt The DIELD technique tonight and I want it to be as long as possible so I want to know if I have everything down

1.Do RC
2.Stablize by rubbing hands and breathe in and out slowly
3.for clarity Put on lucid "glasses"
4.dont close your eyes for too long.

Is there anything that I should do to keep my dream stable and clear ?

The amount of stabilization depends from person to person, some people need more time to stabilize, some people less. I suggest that you read this Dream Stabilization and Clarity Tutorial - Lucid Dreaming - Dream Views Normally firsts LDs are very unstable. And don't worry too much about the clarity normally the clarity comes together with the stability :cheeky:

Indeed, I totally agree. Also, that stabilization link is one of my favorites, it really outlines it all neatly and nicely.

Sounds good! Different things/techniques work better for different people, just experiment with it and see how it goes :)
