      am I natural lucid dreamer

I am not sure whether I qualify as a natural lucid dreamer.I normally able to have lucid dreams, sometimes when I read about lucid dreaming and if I am lucky I remember about what I was reading about,I don't use dream journals, reality checks,or methods I just have them, yesterday was 6th I started learning about lucid for 4 weeks. And I would like to ask why are my lucid dreams not vivid I tryed rubbing my hands it didn't work.

I generally think of a natural as someone who had LDs naturally as a child (seems to often be the case that they did so to overcome nightmares) and continued having them into teen years and adulthood. I don't know if there's an official definition of a natural and if there is I doubt if everyone would agree with it. I do find it quite funny when we get people on here bursting to be labelled a natural as though you get a gold star for it or something and put on a pedestal.

My LDing record, if you want to hear about it, is about 4 WILDs, 1 DEILD, and the rest DILDs.

Hand rubbing is useless, except for fortifying your dream body. Your dreams aren't vivid because you haven't entered REM sleep yet. You can wait for REM to occur naturally, or try to force it by engaging the dream, interacting with it in exciting ways.

You're having lucids because your attention is focused on lucid dreaming. Dreams reflect what you have your attention focused on. Perhaps you have a facility for locking your attention onto things, such as your study of lucid dreaming. That's good, try to develop that skill further.
