Thread: Bad clarity in lucid dreams

Have you tried to feel things around you? Can you feel them realistically? I find that all sensations are heightened together, so if your sensation of touch is heightened, your sight will be too. Try jumping into a pool of water or running your hands over whatever is near.

I agree with Dianeva. Try experimenting with all five of your senses within your lucid dreams, which will eventually heighten your perceptions of the five senses. If you have found your dream guide, perhaps you could ask your guide to make the dream clearer for you.

I stand strongly by recall, I agree with the comments above but I also think it would be extremely valuable to get as familiar with the dream reality as you possible can. The time you spend recalling your experiences here and bringing details that were unavailable before is an investment that pays big time. I get to a point where I'm not even impatient with lucidity anymore due to the amazing clarity, vividness and content of non-lucids.
