      help with control

      hey guys,

well i had a dream a while ago and it was a bit like inception. While i was dreaming (Dream A) i fell asleep again, going to into another dream (Dream B). In dream B i knew i was dreaming so i could control a few things (i though dream A was real life). However by control i mean i could see things which i wanted to interact with but i couldn't move, i could just watch. Then I woke up in real life.

Yesterday i had another dream, in which i started flying randomly, and figured out that i was actually dreaming. So i tried controlling the dream by changing the landscape, however the next thing i knew was that i was on the floor with my eyes slightly closed. I tried to move but i couldn't. Then i woke up.

It great knowing that i can identify when im dreaming, however i cant seem to move my body.

Can anyone tell me what to do?

      Thanks

      Hi, congrats on the lucids!

I don't really have too much trouble with moving in dreams, but I do from time to time. What I do is just...sink. When I can't move, I just let myself sink into the ground or whatever surface I'm on. I usually end up some place else, and I can move fine.

Good luck, give it a try!

Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.
