I used to have a similar problem to what you've experienced, so let me give you a tip. |

has anyones had this problem. recenty when i become lucid i can feel my physical eyes not even trying and they feel light like i will wake up at any time. when this happends i do wake up within 1 min. i even told myself in a dream one time i will keep my eyes closed. that time i woke up still but my eyes stayed shut. i have done every thing i know to prolong the LD, Spun around, looked at my hands ext... but it didnt work. any suggestions or tips would be great. |

ya i dont think it is my eyes eather. that is a very good way to look at it and come to think of it i was worried that the dream would end. thanks i have a new prospective on how i look at it now. i just need to stay calm and realize the more i worie about it the more likely the dream will end thanks. |

Start feeling the surfaces and textures around you. Similar to rubbing your hands only it connects you more powerfully to the dream environment - the sub-c pretty much can't end the dream if you're touching stuff. Engage various senses aside from vision and hearing - tactile is one of the best, but it's also good to taste things. Many people if they feel the dream starting to fade or just in order to stabilize when they first realize they're lucid will drop to the ground and lick the floor immediately. |

If you feel like your dream will end, that's a perfect oportunity to get into another LD when this one ends. It's called DEILD - Dream Exit LD. You just stay still, keep your eyes closed, think of the dream you just came out of and you should be in a next lucid within seconds. Unless your REM has ended. |

i have done and heard to touch things or rub your hands together and such to prolong a dream but not in that detail. lol. that could be helpful to kick that up a knotch. i also have done the DIELD tech too once after an LD and was succesful i almost forgot about that one i could give it another go. what ive been wanting to do though is to stay lucid and asleep when my dream ends and wait for another dream to apear that would be something. ive heard its been done before but havent been able myself. |
