Controlling My Dream Body

Hey everyone,
I recently got back into practicing lucid dreaming sort of by accident. Over the past month I've had 5 lucids. Here is a problem I'm having: I'm afraid that I'll wake myself up when I'm moving around in my dream. I've had lucids in the past where I'm aware, but I kind of just let things run it's course. Lately I have been able to control my dream body. It's incredible how real everything feels and how clear it is. In fact, it feels so real that I can't tell the difference between my brain telling my dream body to move and my real body to move. When I'm awake, I know that I shouldn't be able to move my real body in my dreams, but I forget that once I'm in a dream. Does this make sense? Has anyone else ever faced this issue?

This shouldnt be an issue since when you are dreaming you are under the effect of sleep paralysis, witch prevents you from acting out your dream IRL. Just try to not think about too much and everything should be fine
