WILD/DEILD/DILD during naps, no control or stability

Alright, well, it's been a minute since I've posted a thread asking for advice. Here's the deal, I never used to be able to nap, but now if I can get the chance I take one. I've since learned I have the ability to pretty much enter a WILD/DEILD or turn my dreams into a DILD during my naps very easily. Today for instance, I had maybe 8 dreams during an hour long nap. The reason I had so many was because either I knew I was dreaming right off the bat or figured out I was dreaming by simply guessing (although a few times I was worried I wasn't, as I'm in the Army and a few of the dreams had to do with work and were pretty fucking convincing), and shortly after the dream ended or if I began to try and exert some sort of control, I would go blind and then lose connection to my dream body, and about a minute later wake up. This is the same problem I've been having for about year now when I WBTB and get a WILD. It's like I sleep too lightly, I can't seem to help it. This goes doubly for napping, because as a necessity I've learned how to nap but be "aware" at the same time. For instance, I will be sleeping and I hear someone say wake up, or speak to me directly, or there is a big change in the tone of someone's voice in a conversation, and I will instantly snap out of the dream and be awake. My question is, what all can I really do to keep the going blind and losing feeling, then waking up from happening? Thanks

First off, if you're getting 8 lucid dreams in an hour long nap you so ahead of the game. Keep on as you are and you'll have insane control in no time.

Lol thanks about the avatar, I like Radiohead and Pink Floyd a lot. Secondly, my biggest issue is that I can't even begin to stabilize the dreams, the second I start controlling "my" actions (or rather who I am in the dream, which could still be me) is the very second I go blind and then lose feeling in my body, then wake up. That is why this is so frustrating. The potential that I've got with napping and lucids is staring me in the face and right now I feel powerless to seize them. I suppose I'll just really have to practice a lot, maybe find a way to sleep a little deeper too. I'm so aware sometimes that I am lying there with my eyes closed and I'll see a room that isn't there as though I am looking at it and awake... like dreaming but not in a dream state. It isn't like the fleeting images of hypnagogia, it's too consistently there and dynamic/fluid, it's the kind of thing that usually only happens to me if I wake up and I'm in a state of full hypnopompic hallucination or something.

Try entering the dream after slightly less sleep, WILDing in a nap may be easier but the line between sleep and awake is that much thinner.

Try investing in earplugs and a sleep mask, they're dirt cheap and will keep you isolated from any environmental distractions that may wake you.

Try doing hand-rubbing, it's saved me a few times in the past. When you become lucid just stop, look at your hands, and rub your fingers / palms together for a bit and stimulate your dream body. Then try walking around while rubbing your hands until you feel better.
