Aye, its a technique known as DEILD-- should be able to find it on the site's wiki.
In short, just remember this: Whenever you feel like you're about to wake up, just chill out, stay still, and let it happen. Don't get worked up about it. Eventually the dream will fade and black out, what have you, and you'll find yourself lying in bed. Your eyes should still be closed, so dont open them.
At this point two things generally happen for me.
1. After I find myself in bed, with my eyes still closed, I'll just wait it out for about 5-15 seconds, and usually I find another dream forming right before my eyes. (Which is really, really awesome if you haven't experienced it before )
2. If nothing seems to be happening on its own after 15-30 seconds, try visualizing something. You might have to be creative. One time I was trying to re-enter a dream, and all i got was just a blank, white void. So, I imagined that I was already in the dream, and that I had a piece of white paper held REALLY close to my face (preteneding the white, blank void was a piece of paper). Then, I imagined moving the paper away from my face and BOOM. I was in a room, in a dream.
You want to know the great thing about mastering dream re-entry/DEILD? If you are already in a lucid dream, and you start to wake up, you can just chill out and re-enter. And guess what? When that lucid dream ends, you know what you can do? You guessed it, chill out and re-enter another lucid dream. Dream-Chaining, is what I call it. And its awesome.
Good luck!
