Impossible to run fast?
Whenever i'm in a lucid dream, i have no problem with flying, jumping high and such as long as i use a prop. Like if i want to fly i often use a jetpack, and if i want to jump high, i use fly jumpers. But whenever i try to do something physically like running fast or flying with just my body, i just can't seem to do it. I guess it's about anticipation, but do anyone have any suggestion what i should do?

Because you think it is impossible, according to your thread title, it becomes problematic, remember, everything in dream is possible. So firstly, get more confident and expect it to work next time. :)
As for technique, effectiveness of techniques really varies from person to person, i'd suggest to get something that associated with speed for you, it can help. Examples would be, drinking potion of speed, grabbing potion powerup, equipping speed boots, or alternatively transforming into something that is fast, there are many techniques to try, use your imagination. ;)

It's definitely not impossible.
I was doing it the other night, running at least 50 mph, and in other dreams I've went much faster than that. Also, running that fast without tiring AT ALL is a strange feeling.
The other night, I was running that fast so that I could jump higher and fly.
I've learned that in dreams, you are only limited by yourself. I hope that makes sense.
I do have a suggestion for you. I've found that, when I try to do some sort of physical activity in lucid dreams (such as running extremely fast or flying), I often have more success with it if I don't think about it and just do it. If I think "Man, I hope this works", low and behold it doesn't work.

A good to actually make yourself believe you are capable, is by dream recall. How does dream recall relate to dream control you might ask? Because when you're not lucid, you actually do things like flying or running fast (especially if you're being chased!) without thinking too much about it. So if you can do those things in a non-lucid, then by association you can also do them while knowing you are in a dream ;)

I have the same problem about running fast. Flying i usually get it right, but sometimes i can only fly if i do swimming moves. Just like i'm swimming in the air. It's like something is blocking me to prevent me from flying freely. The same goes for running fast. This is more difficult for me. Most of the time i run slower than i walk. I guess it has to do with my sleeping position at the moment. I could only run like The Flash once, like a month ago.
