Question Never had so much control in a dream...But why so suddenly?

Last night I had the best dream control I have ever had. I was in a little town with trees, buildings and quite a lot of people walking by. I raised my hand and pointed at a place far away from me. I moved my arm and everything just vanished, like it was being erased from the dream scape. I did this a little longer and where the ground had been a second ago, was now pure blackness. I was really amazed at how I could influence the environment! I turned to some buildings and made a flick with my hands and 'poof', they dissapeared! I lifted like 100 people from the ground and made a human ball from them :p I have never been able to do such things with my environment! So now my point:

This whole month I really haven't had the time to focus on my dreams and my dream recall has been as low as it could get...I have had a few unstable lucids but nothing big or anything...So why suddenly this vivid, perfect-controll-LD ? I just want to find a connection or something. It's like my brain has to 'charge' lucidity (like a month or so) to where upon a point it's full and I suddenly (without doing anything for it) get a really vivid LD...

Firstly, congrats. That's a pretty good degree of dream control there. Secondly, sometimes all it takes to have a good lucid (especially after a dry spell), is to slow down a bit. Thirdly, good luck on your future attempts.

Thanks! Maybe you're right...All of my 'big' lucids have occurred when I least expected them. Good luck for you too!

      Congrats!
Sometimes it takes the right mindset to get along with dream control, now in your next lucid, that you have done it once, try to remember all this success and how you felt, and that you can do everything in dream!
      And good luck!

A lot of people take a break if they are going through a dry spell, and that can boost start their mind into more lucidity. The rest and the break can sometimes help. As Scionox said, this will help you a lot in your future LDs, because you can look back on it and know in your mind what you're capable of in your dreams, it's a great confidence booster. Well done!
