Anything is possible in a lucid. You don't have to ask if it is possible. It might take practice though.

Like everyone above me has already said, absolutely anything is possible in a lucid dream. The only limit is literally your imagination.

Sex is very difficult for beginners, though, and so make sure that you're good at stabilizing your dreams upon consciousness or you'll only wake yourself up. Also be prepared for the ejaculation that comes with dream sex if you reach an orgasm.
