Often I have non-lucid dreams that I want to re-dream as a lucid one. Is there a "dream history" that allows me to select a specific dream again? I mean like a browser history or a scene selection screen in a DVD. I hope it makes sense.

Maybe you could summon a computer or dvd and see if you can find one. If you could imagine it then it's possible!
Create a heh, i don't remember, but create a computer, and create a CD while saying the CD name to summon it add "Dream" before it so it looks like "Dream CD"
There's no need for such complexity, just clearly and vividly visualize the dream and WILD/DEILD into it or alternatively you can try to incubate it.
So long as you remember the dream it should be entirely possible.
As for what technique you could use to actually "access" these memories, I think you have the wrong mindset. There is no "right" or "wrong" way bring back old dreams you have had previously. Every technique proposed is just another way to coax your mind into doing what you want. There is no "dream history" unless you will there to be one. Then, assuming you actually remember the dream you wish to re-dream, you can try and force your mind to recreate it.
I must stress that there is no literal "dream history", "dream log", or "dream computer" that allows you to redo dreams. These are just methods for you to bring those dreams back from your ACTUAL memory.
This may even be possible with subconscious memory, ones that you used to remember but can't anymore. As TranquilityTrip said, any method will work for you if you think it will. The method will not matter, it's merely a means to an end, in this case, reliving a past dream lucidly! :)
