Thread: My First Lucid Experience

So I had my first lucid experience today, and I just wanted you guys to know. It was rather surprising once I figured it out, and it truly is a great experience. I didn't really catch on for awhile because everything seemed so normal but once a police chase ensued, I came to the conscious conclusion that I was dreaming
(Let me just say it's so friggin' awesome once this happens!!! )

From there it took a rather strange direction. I headed off the road, and drove for a bit before hitting a ramp (Very GTA style). I guess it was my strange way of getting out of the police chase, because once I landed into a body of water I was transported to some sort of convenient store-type location. This is where I sort of ruined everything for myself, but I'm certain it was because I was aware of all the possibilities and I just didn't know what I wanted to do.

I never really gave myself a goal, but I heard that the way of teleportation was to close ones eyes. I did this a few times before it worked, but when the scene changed I immediately blinked again and was back to the convenient store location. I kinda freaked myself out and thought I woke up when I noticed the change, so that's how I ended up back, or so I assume.

Anyways, it didn't take much longer before I woke up. These were the two only notable events. I look forward to trying this again, and hopefully it gets easier once it happens the first time. Thanks for reading, I pretty much just wanted to tell people and share the experience.

Also, any ideas of what I should do next would be greatly appreciated! (The reason I put it in this section)
