Very Short Lucids
I have had a lucid dream 3 nights in a row but every time i would it would last very short...I would be doing everything normally and kept reminding myself that its a dream but at one point i just lose lucidity and a new dream forms, all that in 2 sec.Any suggestions?

Try to stay calm. The intial excitement of realizing you are dreaming often causes people to wake up.
Try not to think about your real body laying back in your bed asleep. This can pull you out of your dream.
Also Try to engage with your dream body by rubbing your hands together or doing something physical like jumping jacks.
Try to engage with your dream environment by engaging all 5 senses (Sight, sound, touch, smell, taste)

Staying calm isnt the problem but i think il try to engage all 5 senses.
