Need some advice
After telling a friend about a dream I had last nite, he sent me a link here.
After reading around the page and forums a bit, I got to say this is gonna turn into a very interesting experience. I slept for 11hrs, wich is unlike me, most sleep I ever get is 6hours. I wasnt asleep for the whole 11hrs there were times I would wake up and keep doing what I was doing in my dream. For example, one part of my dream I was sleeping in someone's bed and I woke up looked at the clock and realized I was late for work. At this point I really woke up and jumped out of bed, disregarding the real time on my clock and started rushing to dressed. After about a minute I looked around and realized I was just dreaming. That actually happens to me not on a normal basis, but its happend before. My dream would jump from scene to scene. Everything about my dream was about things going on in my life. Example, in my dream I found myself at my brothers house and everyone there was arguing about my brother and his wife and in the dream I cant really remember what I tried doing, but I ended up starting a big fight. Right now my brother and his wife are going through some trouble in there marriage so Im guessing it was about that. Not really sure though. But then my dream would jump to another scene. This time it was me at this girls house, wich it wasnt even her house, so I knew this was a dream. I dont want to carry on forever, but I want to start taking control of the dreams. From what I read around on the board here its possible and people do it all the time :P And as for most of my dreams are about my life and whats going on in my life, I want to change it so my dreams are my dreams and can create and modify them. I have enough stress in my life, I dont wanna deal with it while im sleeping :(
Anyones input and suggestions are much appreciated. :)

Train to become lucid, then you can have fun in your dreams!
You could also try to deal with those things, as you would be dealing with internal conflicts and you could end up a better person.

practice makes perfect! :D
dont you hate it when you ask a large drawn out and thought about question, and then people answer in trite expressions that seem to answer your question more or less cause they are too lazy to actually sit and think of a good response? :P :D :P :D
